Shipping & Delivery

Our Standard shipping orders are sent registered through Australia Post. Our standard Shipping and handling starts from  $12 per order and maximum is $15. This amount will be added to the total of your order. If the parcel is particularly bulky or is going to a remote area, there may be an extra charge. However, we will not charge the any extra amount to the credit card without first contacting the customer to get approval. Australia Post delivery times for orders within Australia should be anywhere between 3 to 7 days. However, if you live in a particularly remote area, please allow upto10 days. Very occasionally there might be a slight delay. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us immidiately.

Our Express shipping starts from $11.60 and goes up as the size of the order increases. This amount will be added to the total of your order. If the parcel is particularly bulky or is going to a remote area, there may be an extra charge. However, we will not charge any extra amount to the credit card without first contacting the customer to get approval. Express delivery times for orders within Australia should be anywhere between 1 to 2 days. However, if you live in a particularly remote area, please allow 5 days. Very occasionally there might be a slight delay. If you have not received your order within 7 days, please contact us immidiately.

For local customers there is also an option for pickup from our store located at 6, 275 Foleys Road Deer Park Victoria 3023. There is no extra charge. Please give us an call to check if your order is ready to be picked up.

Personal information, such as your name and e-mail address, is collected only to record and process your order, to send out newsletters, to keep you informed of new product releases and events at our Stores etc. Our Web site logs are not personally identifiable and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.
 
Returns & Replacements

If you have ordered the wrong size product or are, for some reason, dissatisfied with the product you have purchased, please return the product to us within 7 days of the date of purchase, together with a copy of the receipt.As long as the product has never been used, we will be happy to replace or refund the product. However, no delivery charges will be refunded.

If you believe the product you have purchased is a warranty claim, please return the product to us, with a copy of the receipt, and we will send it immediately to the manufacturer for assessment. The decision as to whether the product is repaired or replaced under warranty is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
